| Okay, I was just wondering if anybody here has ever gone on a diet and was it a success? If so, which diet was it? | |

| My mam went on this shake diet thing, and it worked for so long, but you had to have milkshakes for every meal without snaking at all so she gave up on it and joined an all-womans boot camp thing, where they do intense excercise. | |

| Wow! I love milkshakes! haha! The idea of intense exercise at a boot camp seems crazy! I don't think I would ever do that. haha | |

| I've recently just started on a protein plan, but that's not really like a diet :L Take protein supplements at certain times during the day and after a workout seems to help build muscle quite a bit
I think as long as you eat pretty healthily and do enough exercise you don't need to bother going on diets? meh, I dunno | |

| I'm amazing at tennis. And then wii fit plus theres this game where you 'flap' your 'wings' to get points and your mii is dressed up as a bird it's great. And another one, it's like addition but you have to move your hips to get it and that's great too. | |
